The Granaro del Monte restaurant, inside Casa Bianconi, is one of the oldest restaurants in Italy. It is part of the Good Memory Restaurants and Historic Places of Italy. In its six sixteenth-century rooms with barrel and cross vaults, ancient fireplaces, tapestries, large leather chairs and handmade terracotta floors, we offer you traditional, tasty and generous cuisine, with some of our historic dishes which have always characterized this local. It is recommended to book.
La Braceria del Granaro, inside Casa Bianconi, is characterized by a gastronomic offer focused on grilled meats. The room, with a style that harks back to the 1940s, has a kitchen dedicated to grilled meats and a delicious bar in the centre. This room equipped with 3 large windows overlooks Corso di Norcia and in summer is also equipped with tables outside.
The Salsiccia Bar, located along Corso Sertorio, in front of the theater square, is 30 meters from Casa Bianconi. It is our bistro on the main street where you can have a gastronomic aperitif, have a snack trying our special sandwiches, cheese and cured meat platters, or where you can taste some selected traditional dishes including those with truffles, lentils and organic spelled. The style of this place is informal and glocal, equipped with 25 seats inside and 25 outside, it represents a nice gastronomic alternative. Reservations are recommended.
The Vespasia Restaurant, just a few steps from Casa Bianconi, is an elegant Michelin-starred and Green Star restaurant for sustainability. We showcase local products by blending traditional flavors with Japanese influences. The dishes follow the seasons, telling the story and culture of this land and the people behind them. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance, allowing guests to choose from set menus or create their own.
The Vuciata Kitchen Market restaurant is located in Catania, far from Norcia in distance but not in ethical values and food quality. Situated on Via Gisira, in the city's gastronomic heart and within the famous fish market area, we collaborate with the Timpanaro brothers—our partners, passionate restaurateurs from Catania, and dear friends. We offer market-inspired cuisine that is fresh, flavorful, and generous, reflecting the vibrant energy of this neighborhood, known for its colorful umbrella-covered streets. Seating is available indoors with air-conditioning or outdoors in a small piazza. Reservations are recommended.
